The Role We Have For You
As our team expands, we're on the search for an experienced Service Coordinator.
Coordinate: planning and scheduling service work, the on-call roster system and a centralised ticketing system for customer communications
Onboarding: of new customers, suppliers and new team members
Customer Service: ensure our customer’s expectations are exceeded
Continuous Improvement: have input into documenting, improving and automating our processes
Teamwork: work closely with our team providing support to the Department Technicians, Supervisors and Managers

Required Skills/Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following essential skills and qualifications:
5+ years of scheduling and customer service experience, preferably with a Contractor in the service industry
Leadership skills and demonstrated ability to coordinate large teams
Clear, professional and effective communications skills, especially with trade employees and customers
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop rapport with employees and customers at all levels
Adaptability, especially with adopting new ways of working and utilising technology
Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office
Experience using SimPRO or a similar software package
